Ordering online
When you see a product you like simply type in the quantity you wish to buy and click the 'Buy' button.
You can view 'Your Basket' at any time by clicking the 'Basket' button at the top of the page.
Your Basket page:
You can remove items from your basket by clicking the 'Remove' button next to the produt.
You can change the quantity of each product. Remember to click the 'Update' button.
When you have finished shopping click the 'Place secure order' button.
Enter the invoice and delivery details.
Your details will be kept safe and secure using a secure payment system.
Click the 'Go to secure payment' button to continue.
Check your order details.
You will be taken to a secure payment page. Check your order and enter payment details.
Enter you credit or debit card details. We accept Mastercard, Solo, Connect, Delta and Visa.
Click the 'Complete order' button to complete the transaction.
Ordering by phone
Simply call 01568 613159 between the hours of 9.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays and Wednesday 9.30am to 1.00pm). When ordering, have the quantities and item name you require and your credit/debit card details ready. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Connect, Switch and Solo.
You can phone outside the above hours and leave your order and credit/debit card details on the answerphone; your order will be processed the next working day.
Ordering by post
Fill in the order form and send it together with credit/debit card details or payment (either cheque or postal order made payable to 'Martins Models') to:

Delivery
Standard delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the heaviest item and are as follows:
Light items: £1.75
Medium items: £4.95
Heavy items: £9.95
Special items: £30.00

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Friday during business hours of 9.30am to 5.00pm.

If you want to return a product simply send the unopened and unused product back to us:

If you have a complaint about our services or products please contact Customer Services. All complaints will be dealt with in a fair and confidential manner. It is our policy to acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and we will endeavour to resolve the dispute within 30 days, keeping you informed along the way.
